During the Family Day holiday weekend, the furnace stopped working properly for the second time. I couldn't afford to have my family stay in a cold condo therefore, rapid action had to take place. My father-in-law asked me if HomeBridge Canada Inc. had an after hours/emergency service number to call and see if a technician can come and repair the furnace. I had called their number and spoke with a customer service representative. She had asked me for the reason of my call and without hesitation, she said they will contact the closest technician available to come and look at the furnace. Within 10 to 15 minutes, I had received a call from technician Eddie and he was at the condo half an hour later. That was very good timing. Technician Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. He took the time showing and explaining why the the furnace wasn't working properly and suggested to look about HomeBridge Canada Inc. service protection plan. The furnace is fixed and functioning properly. Thank you to the call center/customer service representative(s) for a job well done and I would highly recommend technician Eddie.
